Rachael worked at City Hall for more than six years Rachael's planning experience includes over five years as a Village Planner for the City of Phoenix Planning Department. She also worked on the Development Impact Fees Plan update.

Rachael earned a Masters Degree in Community and Regional Planning at the University of New Mexico in 1999. Her professional project focused on planning a housing project for seniors. She has written articles for Western Planner Magazine.
