Rachael's planning experience includes over five years as a Village Planner for the City of Phoenix Planning Department. She also worked on the Development Impact Fees Plan update.
At City of Phoenix Rachael handled many General Plan amendments, special permits, and rezoning cases, both large and small projects, for rapidly growing areas of the city.
Rachael earned a Masters Degree in Community and Regional Planning at the University of New Mexico in 1999. Her professional project focused on planning a housing project for seniors. She has written articles for Western Planner Magazine.
